Who we are

What we collect and why

• Waitlist sign-ups: your email address, the boxes you ticked and when. We use it to email you when Trade Profit Pro launches. Our lawful basis is your consent.
• Marketing emails: only if you ticked the optional box. We send pricing tips and occasional news. Our lawful basis is your consent.
• The free calculator: the jobs, presets and settings you enter are saved in your own browser on your device. They are not sent to us unless you have Pro.
• Your account: if you sign in, we keep your email address so you can sign in and so we can contact you about your account. Our lawful basis is our contract with you.
• Pro cloud saving: if you have Pro, your jobs, presets, settings and company branding (including your logo) are saved to your account so they work on all your devices. Our lawful basis is our contract with you.
• Payments: Stripe takes your card details and handles billing. We never see your full card number. We keep a record of your subscription status, trial and renewal dates. Our lawful basis is our contract with you and our legal duty to keep financial records.
• Sign-in storage: when you sign in, your browser stores a sign-in token so you stay signed in. This is strictly necessary for the service, so we don't ask for consent for it.
• Site analytics: anonymous visit counts from our hosting provider, with no cookies used to identify you.

Who handles your data for us

Formspree receives and stores waitlist sign-ups. Supabase stores accounts and Pro cloud data. Stripe handles payments. Vercel hosts the website. They process data on our behalf and only as we instruct. Some of them may process data outside the UK, under safeguards approved for UK data transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until 12 months after Pro launches if you do not become a customer, whichever comes first. We keep your account and Pro data while your account is open, and delete it within 30 days of you asking us to close your account. We keep billing records for 6 years, as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
