Price a job
Fill in the job details below or tap a preset, and your recommended price, profit and margin update live as you type.
Under every quote you'll see where the money goes (costs, wages and profit), then its margin, profit per hour and what you take home per hour, coloured green when they hit your targets. Tap "Edit targets" to set your yearly profit goal and target margin.
Your wages pay for your time on the job. Profit is extra on top: the business's buffer for overruns, quiet weeks, holidays and tax. If staff do the labour, switch "Who does the labour?" to "My team" and only the profit counts as yours.
Tap "+ New preset" to save your own quick-fill preset with just the fields you choose — anything left unticked stays as you typed it.
Save a quote to add it to your Job History. Tap "Preview formatted quote" any time to see — and copy — a clean, client-ready version.
Track every quote, see your business numbers month by month, and get margin coaching built on your own jobs. You can look around these tabs now; they unlock when Pro launches.
A score out of 100 combining your quote acceptance rate and profit margin. Tap the badge next to "Quote calculator" to jump straight to it and see how to improve it.
Tap the gear icon above to set a desired yearly profit — we'll work out the hourly rate you need to charge to hit it.
iPhone: in Safari, tap Share (the square with an arrow, or inside the ••• button), then Add to Home Screen, then Add. Android: in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app. On iPhone the home screen app keeps its own saved jobs, so start using it from the icon.
